Although it is a traditional product, modern manufacturing and drying processes are also employed. Internationally valid hygiene standards are abided by. For a country of tropical origin like India, this is a crucial aspect of product safety. Whenever necessary we carry out gentle germ reduction.

No fillers or additives are added to the powder. It comprises with all its components and phytochemicals the full value of the plant.

Shatavari belongs to the asparagus family.  Ayurveda uses the root as it is a highly effective substance, particularly balanced  for women´s requirements. The translation of shatavari means” the one that has husbands by the hundred”.

Shatavari reduces the vata and pitta doshas and increases the kapha dosha.

Take 3 tablets daily. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Food supplements are not a replacement for a normal, varied diet. The daily dosage contains 1,170 mg Shatavari root powder there of 241 mg saponine.
