Dose for adults:
5 g (10 ml/see measuring cup) gargle twice a day with warm water before meals.

Emblica officinalis (Amalaki) 3470 mg. Wässriger Extrakt aus/ Aqueous extract from/ Waterig extract uit: Terminalia chebula (Haritaki) 2180 mg, Terminalia belerica (Bibhitaki) 2130 mg, Emblica officinalis (Amalaki) 1870 mg. Curcuma longa (Gelbwurz / turmeric / geelwortel) 350 mg.
