20 ml twice a day with the same amount of warm water. The daily dose contains fermented extract from 3.6 g Dashamula powder and 0.21 mg thiamine = 19% of the NRV value. Thiamine contributes to the normal functioning of the psyche, energy metabolism, the heart and the nervous system. The specified recommended daily intake must not be exceeded.
