Directions
Dose for adults:
1-2 tablet 2-3 times a day 1/2 hour before meals with warm milk or water.

Piper longum (pippali) 22/68 mg, Crataeva nurvala 22/68 mg, Zingiber officinale (ginger) 22/68 mg, Piper nigrum (black pepper) 22/68 mg. Starch corn (organic glutenfree). Thickener acacia gum. Elettaria cardamomum (cardamom) 5/16 mg, Cinnamomum tamala 5/16 mg, Cinnamomum zeylanicum (Ceylon cinnamon) 5/16 mg.
